Lemmy Omololu OMOYINMI

Lemmy is currently the Business Director of EMPRETEC-UNCTAD Nigeria and the Africa Regional Trainer for the International Trade Centre (ITC), an initiative of UN, Geneva.

He holds higher degrees in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Ibadan. After fifteen years of lecturing in finance at the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Lemmy joined the Multidisciplinary faculty of the MBA programme of Lagos State University Ojo, where he taught Security Market Analysis, Portfolio Management, and Advanced Accounting Theory. As a Director in EMPRETEC, Lemmy has been directly involved in business development of SMEs in Nigeria and Ghana. On the platform of ITC, he has been involved in the development of Supply Chain Management Education and used as a veritable tool for business process engineering in Nigeria, Eritrea, Ghana, and Kenya.

A notable speaker and trainer on Emotional Intelligence, Active Intelligence and Productive Organisational Culture. Lemmy has recently been engaged in facilitating in the Strategic Social Re-entry, Entrepreneurship and Management Development Programme for Top Military Officers of the Nigerian Army, Navy and the Air Force.

He has also been involved in Succession Planning and Productive Organisational Culture for Public and Private Sectors, Capacity Building and Emotional Intelligence for Educators – an IFC Country Development Programme in Ghana and Enterprise Growth & Sustainable Development for SMEs in Nigeria and Ghana.

Biodun ADEDIPE

Abiodun has over 35 years of post-graduate work experience and he is an accomplished trainer in the Nigerian banking and finance industry & non-financial organizations. He is a sought after analyst and commentator on Government budgets and economic policies in the last 28 years.

He consults for the Central Bank of Nigeria in major policy issues and new directions, including Credit Market in the Financial Sector Strategy 2020 (FSS 2020) that evolved into the Nigerian Vision 20:2020 and also involved in strengthening the strategic management process in several Nigerian banks, non-financial businesses and not-for-profit organizations.

As a Senior Special Assistant to the President (Financial Sector Development), he served in the Office of the Chief Economic Adviser to the President and still serves in various capacities at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group. 

Bode SHOGO

Bode is an accomplished Human Resources and General Management practitioner with over 35 years of professional experience in public and private sectors of the economy. His experience exposed him to various HR and People Management roles in operational, management and strategic leadership positions in the Civil Service, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Power (with stints variously at Federal Civil Service, International Tobacco Company Ltd (Formerly Philip Morris Nigeria Ltd) Cadbury Nigeria Plc, Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria and most recently Eko Electricity Distribution Company PLC where he served as Vice President Human Resources and Corporate 

Services.

Bode’s core competence areas include Resourcing & Development, Talent Management, Organisational Effectiveness/Development (OE/OD), Performance and Reward Management, Employee/Industrial Relations (as a skilful negotiator he successfully participated/led several management/union negotiation and collective bargaining processes while at Cadbury and Shell as Employee Relations Manager Western Division). Another of Bode’s forte is Learning and Development and he was Head of Leadership Development and Learning Systems in Shell. He rolled out the Fraud Risk Management (FRM) programme in collaboration with external consultants, KPMG UK and also managed many high profile Shell Group change and transformational learning programmes including the customization of some Shell Group programmes with add-on modules that give perspectives to the operational realities of the Nigerian environment.  

Bode is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and currently serves on the Institute’s Governing Council as well as the incumbent Chairman of the Learning and Development Committee. He holds a B. Sc. degree in Economics of the University of Ibadan and Master of Labour and Industrial Relations (MILR) of the University of Lagos. He is a certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Auditor and an alumnus of IMD Laussane. Bode is the Managing Partner of Hisamach Consulting Limited and currently serves on the board of an Agric. business company. 

Adebiyi Julius ABOSEDE

Julius is a PhD (Uniben) degree holder in Business Administration with bias in Finance, General Management and Operations Research. He has an MBA (UI), M.Sc. General Management (Unilag) and B.Sc. Agricultural Economics (UI) degrees. Dr Abosede is a Fellow of Managerial Economists. He is a Reader (Associate Professor) in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Administration and Management Sciences, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, with more than 30 years of teaching and research experience with over forty-four (44) publications in local and international journals. He also has consulting experience of public and private organisations in the areas of Finance, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Agricultural Economics and Organisational Learning and Development. He is a consummate public policy analyst. His proficiency in Rural Finance, Quantitative Analysis, Public Administration and General Management has earned him a place in organisational learning and development.
