Dr Charles Olorunda who is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of HRM Consultants International Ltd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Ife (1980), LLB, University of Abuja (2005) and MSc. Human Resource Management, Enugu State University of Technology (2011). He completed a degree course in Organizational Psychology and Development from Walden University in November, 2017. Mr. Olorunda worked with the Central Bank of Nigeria from August 1981 to April 2016 rising to the position of a Deputy Director on exit. His last position in the Bank was the Head, Currency Services Division, Currency Operations Department, Central Bank of Nigeria, Abuja. Before then, he held various positions in the Bank among which were; the Head, Human Capital Management Division and Head, Learning Management Division of the Human Resources Department of the Bank where he worked for sixteen years. He is an accredited Mediator of the Lagos Multi-door Court House and was a member of the Learning and Development committee of the CIPM for three years which ended in November 2017. As one of the founding fathers of HRM Consultants International, his focus is mainly on the development of Individuals and Organizations for better integrity and performance.
